Arrive ON TIME for the 35-minute introductory talk if it is your first or second NDB session.
Refrain from eating at least two hours prior to the session.
This is an eyes closed, laying down, or sitting up experience.
Have an eye mask or covering. A dark space helps to drop in.
A set up that is private and quiet with electronics off and no interruptions (including people and pets).
Be comfortable: loose thin layered clothing (temperature fluctuation), a blanket, pillows to squeeze, hug, make noises into, and jewelry off.
For best sound quality, over the ear headphones and computer / laptop with stereo sound; phone and earbuds or Bluetooth speaker work fine as well.

For safety, do not stand up; if you must, do so slowly and with caution.
Close all internet tabs, apps, windows; as well as physical windows and doors.
