Hello! Thank you for visiting and your interest in Neurodynamic Breathwork.

NDB came into my life at a culmination point. After all layers: physical / emotional / mental well-being, financial stability, roles, masks, vices, and coping mechanisms were violently stripped away; I had no choice but to face and work with the unconscious layers that ran the show. The deeply buried emotions never expressed demanded to be acknowledged. I believe NDB was a blessing for the years of crawling and clawing my way out. I was ready for the next stage.

Before the 6-month program began; I didn't quite know what to expect, or what I'd do after the 350-hour comprehensive Facilitator Training.  Much of the course is about doing your own inner work; an excavation - knowing thyself as deeply as possible. When you address and work with your own material, wounds, and begin to have a different relationship with it; you can consciously hold space for others on their path.

My journey has been one of addiction to alchemy, escapism to embodiment, chaos to connection, rigidity to vulnerability, and vulnerability to strength; to conjure up the strength and courage to surrender. This breathwork continues to be and will be a part of my own regimen.

Trainees were to complete weekly breathwork sessions and share post session reflections. In addition, we recorded a spotlight video of ourselves for our cohort to watch. I dreaded this! I certainly did not plan to later extend this - as well as the journal entries, to the general public (video and reflections below).

One of the qualities I value most is authenticity. A part of my journey has been and continues to be - to unlearn the conditioning; to show up as my authentic Self. The content below is raw, unfiltered, and real-time data captured as I was fully immersed in this world.

It is my intention to show up in this way with anyone I work with - authentic, real, and supportive in the best possible way. To provide a safe conscious container that invites the depths to reveal, feel, and heal. My hope is that sharing my own experience with Neurodynamic Breathwork may benefit another's whole-ing journey.
